To cater all people needs the state transport runs many buses for their service at different time for different places through 3 major bus terminals in Delhi
Services of Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) and other state buses are available on these terminals. These terminals are located in different areas of Delhi catering bus services in all directions to and fro from Delhi. DTC is operating Interstate Services in 6 states viz. Haryana, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmere, Rajasthan, Uttar Pardesh, Himachal Pardesh and Uttaranchal. The Corporation is operating about 88 Interstate Routes with about 818 buses. DTC is providing an efficient, comfortable, reliable, economical and properly coordinated bus services to the commuters of Delhi and adjoining states. Recently DTC has introduced VOLVO A/c Deluxe buses on Delhi-Udaipur and Delhi-Katra routes on daily basis from ISBT (Kashmere Gate)

All ISBT’s are well connected through Delhi Metro Services and cab services. DTC has also been a great part-taker in the recent friendship ties between India and Pakistan. It has been operating the regular buses between Delhi and Lahore. Delhi-Lahore Bus Service was inaugurated on 11th July 2003.
